Hello! It’s a pleasure to meet you. My name is Tina Creighton. I was born and raised in the area as the youngest of five children, where a strong connection to family and community was instilled in me at an early age. These values helped guide me toward a career in mental health.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Following graduation, I obtained my independent licensure in Ohio and later in West Virginia.
With nearly two decades of experience, I have provided services across a variety of settings, including traditional and alternative schools, correctional facilities, emergency departments, community mental health centers, and private practice. I have experience in crisis response and in treating a wide range of concerns, including autism, oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), ADHD, bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and trauma across the lifespan.
My greatest sense of purpose comes from helping individuals reach their goals. I believe each person is the expert on their own life—they do the hard work, and I am honored to guide and support them along the way.
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors, especially spending time in the woods and fishing, as well as being with my family. My husband and I are parents to three wonderful children, two of whom have special needs.
I am honored to serve my community by offering individual, family, and group therapy services for individuals ages 5 and up.
