Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of West Virginia, and I am also a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the state of Ohio. I’ve been practicing as a therapist for six years, and prior to obtaining my licensure for counseling I was a Licensed Social Worker in West Virginia for eight years.

Having spent nearly 15 years working with people, I am passionate about helping others help themselves. We all need a little support from time to time and someone to sit with us through the hard stuff. I work mainly with adult individuals on issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, domestic violence, LGBTQIA+ issues, trauma, substance abuse and recovery, and many others. I’ve been trained in multiple treatment modalities, including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, REBT, and EMDR, though that is not an exhaustive list of the alphabet soup.
